It looks like the srs module is going to fail. I thought the problem was the eeprom, but the problem is not the eeprom.
I have constant srs light flashing and error B1141 Left side impact sensor A. The sensor has been replaced, the wires from the srs to the sensor have been checked.

I do not recommend using an EEPROM clip to read data on the board, you may damage the data or the board itself.
Try writing this file to the EEPROM...

Try to make the P8 and GND wires shorter than 7 cm.

If this doesn't work within 5 minutes, you should check the soldering and wires.
Try to make the GND2 wire shorter.
