PART NUMBER:
CPU / EEPROM:
+ at least 4 pictures: of case with sticker, both sides of PCB and zoomed CPU (do NOT resize pictures!)
Subject should looks like "CAR BRAND, MODEL, YEAR, PART NUMBER" (for example: "Mazda 3 2015 BHS2-57K30A")

    They tried to connect a diagnostic device before removing the ECU from the vehicle, but it failed. I read the EEPROM with CPT, cleared it with ASTPro, and wrote the data. We still couldn't connect to the ECU on the vehicle. We checked the vehicle's fuses; they are all good. Perhaps there is another problem with the vehicle. Could the dump file have been corrupted during the accident? Could you check? I am sending the crashed file.

    The file was probably corrupted. I found a file from another forum and wrote it to the EEPROM. The light went out. problem solved.
