The crash code deletion was not performed correctly

This time all the DTC codes disappeared, however the warning light is still on, and not only that, now it's flashing. I checked the last diagnostic I ran in AST Pro, and I noticed that the vehicle's VIN was also erased; I think that might be the problem. I've attached images. I have a video showing the airbag warning light flashing, but the platform doesn't allow me to upload videos.
