+ at least 4 pictures: of case with sticker, both sides of PCB and zoomed CPU (do NOT resize pictures!)
Subject should looks like "CAR BRAND, MODEL, YEAR, PART NUMBER" (for example: "Mazda 3 2015 BHS2-57K30A")

Hello, I'm contacting you because there's no support for the aforementioned SRS bag module; it's not included in AST or AST Pro. I'm sending the crash code file; I hope you can help me.

sometimes it shows "crash clear..ok" when clearing on bench and not checking DTC, maybe this way system thinks SRS is in the car ?...

(on car) means that the Clear Crash by OBD function is working on the car and cannot clear the data on the bench.
You did not check if the crash...
