Pinout AST doesn't work after paying

Good morning, my AST license has expired, and I recently purchased a new one for one year. It's supposedly ready in your system, but it's not working; I haven't been able to update the counters.

I've tried updating many times since the payment date, but I haven't been successful. It still doesn't work. I need a solution; the license days are just ticking away. Thank you very much.

You have information "Device initialization error! Can not read seciurity data" that mean you can have problem with dongle

Can it be repaired? What's the procedure? The strange thing is that everything was working fine; this problem occurred right after the subscription ended and the new year's subscription was paid for.

We can try to check smartcard (USB dongle) to find out is it hardware problem or firmware in smart card
