Audi a4 8P0959655P B2000 internal error

Hi.
Can service and Service tool not clearing crash data correctly.
Error B2000 appears.
The car is no longer with me, a guy from another forum helped me.
Apparently I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
Please take action.
