Smart obd not working

Every new topic with dump file MUST contain those paragraphs
CAR BRAND NAME:
MODEL:
PART NUMBER:
CPU / EEPROM:
+ at least 4 pictures: of case with sticker, both sides of PCB and zoomed CPU (do NOT resize pictures!)
Subject should looks like "CAR BRAND, MODEL, YEAR, PART NUMBER" (for example: "Mazda 3 2015 BHS2-57K30A")

Smart obd not working

Sir Sir smart obd is not able to do both manual mode and automatic mode is the smart obd damage?
I have tried reinstalling the software but it still doesn’t work can you help me please?
I have made all the connections correctly but still it is not being read
I tried a lot

Please fill in the AST CardSN in your profile and give us more information about the SRS ECU you are trying to connect.
