Connecting as per diagram and see following error:

Connection to server... ok
Checking security... ok
External power +12.37V
Start Automatic Mode for 38910M68PD1
Processing...
Enable 12V on Extended Connector... ok
External power +11.66V
Read Part Number... failed

Any idea how to correct.

Check you profile i not see any conection from You Serila number! But correct number!
