Subaru airbag module 98221fl050

hopefully i am in the right place...
I have this Subaru module part no: 98221FL050, Memory: H8SX/1726
i was not able to fix with airbag can tool, had to purchase H8SX/1726 activation.
i have seen the videos that are related.. i was able to use CPT tool to repair H8SX//1797, module with its activation.
but for this module, i am not able to write with ISP adapter or without it.

i have this module for 10 days now, there was a lot of time, money for activations, customer who is waiting.
please, what is the next step

actually downloading the file is not the problem, why i am not able to write the file to the module.
i have used the closest connection, tried all ISP ADAPTER CONFIGRATIONS, even connect with out adapter like one of the videos showing .

by the way, i was able to repair a different part number with H8SX//1797, then i add the other software activation... i am aware of using the software as well as the hardware,,, but why it is not writing the file in to this module.......
i am really lost here

In ISP adapter configuration check well dumper volt, you have to use 3.3 v

Do it the old way using the UART connection with CPT, sometimes the ISP don't work well with some modules.
