2014 VOLVO S60 BG9T-14C256-HA CEC Programming

Need some help here with BG9T-14C256-HA.

I need to replace the CEC on this car but ran into a problem. When I put re-programmed CEC into a car it does not recognize a key and one of the relays is clicking. Car can't start.

I copied data from all 3 registers of original R5F64525 (code, data, and e2data) and copied them into a new CEC, but no luck. Is there anything I am missing? TY

I did "verify" and everything checks out OK. Problem is still the same, car will not start. These are the errors I see. With Old board everything is fine.

Все номера совподают. Вы делали такой модуль уже? Может сам модуль плохой прислали (Железо)? Помогите, уже все перепробывал...

Я такие блоки делал. Там все должно работать исправно. Если считали то и записать должны. В родном модуле ключи определяются?

Да. Со старым заводится. Уже, блин, 3 прочитал его на разных компах (посоветовали). Code и data один в один, только e2data меняется но вроде так и должно быть. Когда новый блок вставляю после прошивки машина открывается с пульта и закрывается а вот когда ключ вставляю, реле щелкает на борде но ключ машина не видит. Может железо плохое прислали всетаки БУ.

Why e2data reads only 4kB? In the manual it says it supposed to be 8kB. Can this be a root cause of my problems? Thank you!

P.S. I checked SMOK Programmer software (I do not have actual SMOK programmer) and it saves 8kb files for e2data (EEPROM). Start address 000000 to End Address 001FFF, not 000FFF. Please resolve this issue ASAP. I have a client's car siting in my shop for 2 weeks and I've spent many hours trying to fix this problem + bought 2 different boards thinking that the CEM board might be defective.
