    Hello, how long should I wait for them to give me an answer? A week ago I bought the license for rh850 and it doesn't work? who do i have to talk to? I have used all means of communication with you and no one responds..

    They should give me my money back, they sold me something that doesn't work. and the technical support is terrible, I have never had such a bad experience with you. I do not know what is happening.
