Part Number: 83800-33Q90-A (Instrument Cluster)

Made by VDO, R7F701406

Is it possible for Renesas RH850 R7F701x Programmer to read the data of R7F701406 CPU in TOYOTA CAMRY's instrument cluster?

Also, please let me know if you have any information about Pinout.
