infineon TC23XX-24F

Years ago when i pyrchased full service pack everything was included in regards to airbags. box SN: 00000417 CARD SN: 03987190 CPT SN: AA259EE66CDA4832
just renewed for 2 years but now when i try to do infineon TC23XX-24F it displays atctivation not activated or expired. i have always had airbag full service pack and always renewed since. so not sure why its saying expired . please advise
