+ at least 4 pictures: of case with sticker, both sides of PCB and zoomed CPU (do NOT resize pictures!)
Subject should looks like "CAR BRAND, MODEL, YEAR, PART NUMBER" (for example: "Mazda 3 2015 BHS2-57K30A")

  • AST stop working after renew

    Need help my AST stop working after renew license, after update my card SN and box SN its all 0000000.
    Before renew card and box have the right serial number. Thanks

    You not finish Update procedure or CANCELED! Now you need contact to your sales manager.

      I didn't stop anyting I do update as ussually, and after that no work. I try to contact by email, webchat and skype since 30/12/21 nobody answer me. Im waiting for help

            The worst part is that nobody answer, almost a month asking for help. Very bad support, It will be my last renew os AST, I lost 1 month without using
