BMW 65 77 6807634 - 01 help please

Hi all,
I am trying to read crash data from this ECU as a MC9S12XPD512.
Problem is every time I read, the dump is different and verifies with many errors.
I am using the JTAG connections in top corner.
Please see pics attached.
Any help would be much appreciated.
