I have CPT adaptor for one year it has perfect working . But last one week i am using reading is not coming error is coing. Plz help me. I am attaching the photos also. So help me to fix the solution

Disconnect All wired line from addapter ! And check software! Software must connect to ISP adapter and tell you not connection to ECU!

I the problem for 1 week

1.I have check with 5 computer no writing no reading
2.I have check with Eeprom working perfectly
3.I am thinking problem is for CPT ISP ADAPTER
4.I have deleted the sofware install new software same problem
5.I have change my laptop and check with another computer same problem

i am also attaching the problem photos . Plz do the needful
