PART NUMBER:
CPU / EEPROM:
+ at least 4 pictures: of case with sticker, both sides of PCB and zoomed CPU (do NOT resize pictures!)
Subject should looks like "CAR BRAND, MODEL, YEAR, PART NUMBER" (for example: "Mazda 3 2015 BHS2-57K30A")

      Hello,

      The file you gave me is not working so I sent it to the support of CPT and this is their email: shop@diagcar.eu , since Saturday no one answered me and I sent them a reminder and still not reminder.

      Is this the correct email for their technical support or not and is there anyway to expedite the process.

      If anybody knows then please help.

            If for your file have some faults or not work correct.
            WRITE ALL INFORMATION... NOT JUST "NOT WORK"!!!
            FAULT CODES AND ALL OTHER INFO ABOUT PROBLEM !!!

                These are the codes i got, the file i got from you did not solve the issue. I deleted the file and i got one code: crash. If i return the original file or the file your support sent me i get the attached error.

                I checked the entire car and all other airbag components are ok.

                Looking forward to your feedback.
