VW TOUAREG 3d0909601F CRASH

I have problem with this module from touareg.
I read it two times two other devices and AST show "file size error"

File is CR16hct9

What's wrong? where is the problem?
Please help.

AST for this module-crash in CR16HCS9,not CR16HCT9,mayby here is solution

I read it as CR16HCS9 and CR16HCT9 it's the same file and the same problem.....
